Mô tả công việc

We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to be responsible for managing all operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience at Renkon. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

• Fully understand and present the 84 culture to the team

• Manage all Front of house and day to day operations within budgeted guidelines

• Maintain the highest standards

• Monitor industry trends, stay ahead and lead the way, not follow

• Oversee Bar and Kitchen, report where required to Venue Manager

• Ensures highest level of guest satisfaction by providing within standards quality guest services and amenities

• Creating a good base service knowledge throughout the team, before specializing on individual strength

• Following up on trainings, debrief every training session that was held by the management trainees and work on improvement

• Develop and communicate a unique service style with the service team

• Routinely take active sections during service to demonstrate to staff

• Lead dress code standards, employee hygiene and employee Presentation

• Fosters the development of a positive work environment for all employees

• Supervise work tasks, review schedules, ensure all shifts covered

• Assist with marketing initiatives with the team and support where required

• Assist with planning/execution of events at Renkon

• Submit Weekly Roster and Monthly Attendance

• Coordinate and monitor loss prevention activities

Yêu cầu công việc

• Preferably in the hospitality industry

• At least three (03) years’ experience handling equivalent position

• Experience across hospitality types (Hotel, Restaurant, Bar)

• Experience in South East Asia/Vietnam preferred

• Experience within the kitchen and Front of House

• Experience with Japanese concepts or products a plus

• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training

• Good Communication and writing skills

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the Company

• Out of the box thinker
