HR & Recruitment Executive

• Be responsible for recruiting all positions of the Company: CV screen, interview arrangement and result announcement, etc.

• Prepare recruitment advertisement articles to attract candidates.

• Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.

• Manage, maintain candidate database and make a monthly report as well.

• Follow-up, manage and make a report on employee uniform, nametag, locker, etc.

• Prepare a welcome kit (documents, uniform, nametag, locker, etc.) for new-hires.

• Prepare welcome letter and instruct new employees on the start date.

• Be in charge of registering new employees’ fingerprints on the start date.

• Manage and update new employees’ information on Master file and software.

• Make sure that Master file is updated correctly and accurately.

• Prepare offer letter, probationary contract, service agreement for employees and casual staff.

• Follow-up deadline of probation period and inform to the relevant managers as set time frame by labor laws.

• Check meal roster and make a weekly, monthly report as well.

• Collecting and sorting all in–coming documents.

• Ensure all HR and employees’ documents, files are properly recorded.

• Organize staff activities in coordination with Assistant HRM and the related departments.

• Make a cash advance/payment for expenses related to recruitment, uniform, name tag, casual, etc.

• Assist HRM, Assistant HRM in typing documents and working forms of HR Department upon requested.

• Perform other tasks assigned by HR Manager and/or Assistant HRM.

• Bachelor in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management, Laws, Economics, Foreign languages or combination of education and experience.

• Strength in recruitment.

• At least 2 years of working experience in the same position.

• Good English communication skills.

• Proficient in MS office

• Be careful, detailed, honest and able to work under pressure.
