ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES/ TRÁCH NHIỆM HÀNH CHÍNH

Delegate to, supervise all Managerial staff within the Department, and assist them in preparing work schedules.

Giao nhiệm vụ & giám sát những thành viên trong ban quản lý An ninh, giúp đỡ họ chuẩn bị lịch làm việc.

Conform to and enforce policies, procedures, rules, and regulations as laid down by ACCOR and the Hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.

Làm theo & yêu cầu mọi người làm theo các quy định & điều lệ của Accor & khách sạn để đạt được sự nhất quán cao nhất.

Performs special duties as required by HR / GM.

Làm những nhiệm vụ đặc biệt do GĐ nhân sự hoặc TGĐ yêu cầu.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ TRÁCH NHIỆM CHUYÊN MÔN

Prepare weekly staffing schedules, monitoring staff attendance and assist in planning work schedules.

Chuẩn bị lịch làm việc hàng tuần cho nhân viên, giám sát sự có mặt của nhân viên.

Maintain a Hotel logbook on incidents, complaints etc. and refer them, if required to the appropriate department for follow up action.

Giữ quyển sổ theo dõi những trục trặc, phàn nàn…& liên hệ với bộ phận có liên quan.

Prepare various monthly reports as required by Management of the Hotel.

Chuẩn bị những báo cáo khác nhau do ban giám đốc yêu cầu.

Conduct regular operational meetings to review, monitor, adjust and upgrade the performance of the Department as a whole, explaining new directions and policies and procedures at the same time.

Họp thường xuyên để xem xét, giám sát, điều chỉnh lại bộ phận, giải thích các định hướng & yêu cầu mới.

Prepare the annual capital and operating budgets for the Department in conjunction with the HRM and ensure departmental expenditure is kept within budget by presenting the P & L for the Department to the HRM on a monthly basis.

Chuẩn bị ngân sách hàng năm & phải đảm bảo bộ phận không vượt quá ngân sách qua báo cáo P & L cho bộ phận & TP nhân sự.

Be aware of the Security policies and procedures of the Hotel, and ensure that at all times in all areas of the Hotel that they are being strictly adhered to.

Nắm vững những nội quy & điều lệ của khách sạn và đảm bảo rằng mọi nhân viên trong mọi thời điểm đều tuân theo những nội quy đó.

Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and your Departments responsibility in an emergency.

Nắm vững nội quy PCCC & bộ phận An ninh phải có trách nhiệm trong trường hợp khẩn cấp.
