Transfer documents

Update file and data entry to the record system

Process casual procedure: posting recruitment notice, process casual recruitment, casual attendance record checking

Monitor locker and name tag management

Make reports relating casuals and employees

Plan and organize IHG internal events

Do others tasks assigned

Working hour: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, including lunch break, from Monday to Friday

Passionate with Human Resources job

Good command of English, especially Writing & Listening

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Good communication skill and time management skill

Be clever and hard-working
