Mô tả công việc

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Ensure the overall operation of Engineering & Landscaping department.

• Recruit and train Engineering staff in accordance with hotel guidelines.

• Review and correct all Engineering SOPs and its implement

• Regularly review the performance of Engineering key members in accordance with hotel guidelines.

• Ensure all works performed by staff are compliant with codes and regulations.

• Ensure 24 hour engineering and maintenance coverage.

• Control and managing all the departmental purchase in accordance with hotel purchasing procedures.

• Establishing and managing the department goals and annual plan

• Conduct the Engineering walk-thru and follow up on its results

• Establishing the departmental succession plan and follow up on its implement

• Inspect areas to ensure preventative maintenance is scheduled.

• Plan, compile and manage the repair and maintenance budget and the capital expenditure budget, ensuring compliance with hotel procedures.

• Liaise with contractors to schedule work required.

• Follow up some special requests may directed by General Manager.

• Minimum 5 years experience in an engineering management position at a luxury property.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Must hold certification or licensure in at least one trade.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent ability to document events relating to equipment warranty.
