Trợ lý Kỹ sư trưởng/ Assistant Chief Engineer

To take overall charge for the repair and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical services, general building maintenance and fire prevention system.

Replace and perform the Chief Engineer while his absence.

Duty and Responsibilities:

- To ensure that all repairs and preventive maintenance schedules are carried out according to schedule.

- To receive, dispatch and follow up of all repair and job orders, maintenance orders.

- Recording daily of all maintenance and repair work completed.

- Schedule staff's work load and attendance.

- Handles technical drawings, duty logs, records and store inventory.

- Trouble-shooting, operation, repair and maintenance of: Electrical distribution system such as incoming power supply, transformers, main and sub-switch panels, lighting, led signs, electrical meters and equipment, telephone lines batteries, sockets and plugs, electrical wiring and conduits, emergency generators.

- Responsible for his shift operation: Mechanical services such as central A/C system, ventilation, exhaust, hot oil heaters and steam generators. Lift, sound and T. V. Fire fighting system.

- Sanitary, plumbing, sewerage water treatment plant and swimming pool equipment. Hotel functions.

- General building maintenance.

- Respond to fire alarms or emergencies as the occasion arises.

- To maintain the area & equipment under his charge in tip-top conditions in terms of cleanliness and performance.

- Bachelor or science, Diploma or college degree in Electrical or Civil engineering preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience and 3 years supervisory or manager experience in engineering hotel department.

- Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering with positive attitude
