• Ensure that through personal presentation, telephone manner, effective and efficient work practices and guest services standards, that guests and callers impression of Pullman is lasting one of genuine warmth and friendliness and of high standards
• Ensures that information for guests is available and up-to-date
• Supervises the correct use and follow up of applications centralizing customer profiles and records
• Occasionally support Reservation time and insure the good implementation of Revision

Yêu cầu công việc
• Experience in the similar position in international 4-5 star hotel/resort is an advantage.
• Good command in English & National language.
