Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager you will under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales, and adhering to policies and procedures as meted out by the designated hotels. You will be managing Sales Activities and Events in line with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget and sales strategy for your hotel. This role report to Director of Sales & Marketing.

You will be responsible for monitoring competitors activities and assists in marketing intelligence, refering sales leads to appropriate personnel within the Wyndham Grand KN Paradise Cam Ranh. Sell to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business. Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market. Develop and maintains contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, visitors/convention bureau, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied to Hotel business. Analyze sales mix and likely impact on hotel goals.

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the same/ similar position in a large scale Hotel/ Resort.

OR HOẶC

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major; 2 years experience in the same/ similar position in a large scale Hotel/ Resort.

•Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Vietnamese; additional language is beneficial.

• Excellent IT- Skills; OPERA experience is beneficial

• Excellent Presentation and "Count- on- me!" personality

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong Leadership skills.
