• Make sure that all hardware system are working properly and in good condition.

• Provide adequate proper training for all users in the day-to-day use of the appropriate system.

Đào tạo đầy đủ kiến thức cho người dùng hàng ngày về hệ thống mạng máy tính.

• Make sure that hardware and software maintenance program with third party are complied with.

Đảm bảo chương trình bảo dưỡng phần cứng được tuân thủ với bên thứ ba.

• Make sure that all preventive maintenance procedures for hardware and software are complied with.

Đảm bảo rằng quy trình ngăn ngừa cho việc bảo dưỡng phần cứng và mềm được tuân thủ.

• Make sure that all system are operating at all times and coordinate repair services in emergency situation to minimize down time.

Đảm bảo tất cả hệ thống luôn hoạt động và phối hợp với dịch vụ sửa chữa trong tình huống khẩn cấp với thời gian tối thiểu nhất.

• To assist the IT Manager in day to day work.

• To performed other assignment as requested by this Superior.

• Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
• Minimum of 2-4 years of IT support experience in medium-large organization is essential. Exposure to hospitality industry is highly desirable
• Basic knowledge in Smile Software, Micros, PC, LAN. and other applications widely used in hospitality business is a strong plus
• Have basic English communication skills both in written and spoken
• Possesses professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in hospitality is a must
