Marketing Communications Executive

 Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

 Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content

 Check and control all user-generated content posted on company pages with the moderation policy of company and each page

 Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules of company pages members.

 Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

 Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

 Collaborate with Head Office and Marcoms of Fusion Hotel Group to launch different promotions, campaigns

 Performing other tasks as defined by the management

- Working time: 45 hours/ week. 8 days-off per month

- Service Charge: As monthly Hotel's business operation

- Annual leave: 12 days of annual leave/ year

- Insurances: Social Insurance as law, 24/24 Insurance package

- Training regime: Provided the skill training course by Company

- Other agreements: parking, meal, uniform, laundry provided by Company

 Male/ Female.

 Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relation

 At least 1 year experience

 Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

 Knowledge of using Adobe Illustration, Photoshop is a plus

 Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO

 Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

 Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
