Cost Controller

Daily job

-checking daily revenue report of speed pos system,

- check daily cost product on software

-following the recipe of food and beverage assigned by f&b manager

-input database of material, recipe to pos system

-set up product follow sell program of each outlet

-checking stock everyday to see closed balance stock in each outlet, then check purchasing order.

-check all daily delivery notes, purchasing order, purchasing request. Enter inventories of beverage of the outlet daily to fast system, track reconciliation and actual inventory.

- calculate the cost of beverage and food cost follow recipe of the hod.

-calculate the cost of goods circulating internally. Calculate the cost of foc for promotion.

- check the account of allocation of the cost export bills by warehouse

- input all items from input invoices from all supplier to fast system

- summary of sale and expenses of event to calculate p&l

- control and monitor the implementation of damaged goods related to damage.

- calculation of cost of breakage and damage cost base on selling price of f&b dept

- conducting unscheduled inventory of goods each the outlet

- set up the procedures delivery and receiving goods, property, tool…

Monthly job

- providing document of goods, material

-schedule and conduct monthly periodic inventory for inventory in general warehouse and regional warehouse

- analyse cost product, promote item slow selling, promotional item selling.

- Accounting or Finance University Degree is required, prefer in Hospitality industry.

- At least 1 years of working experience in Food & Beverage of Hospitality , strong knowledge in costing and taxation

- Detail-oriented and analytical thinking ability, can-do attitude, entrepreneurial

- Good at English (written and spoken) communication

- Having experience use Fast or Speed software
