Reservation Manager

• To ensure the booking, cancelation or adjustment of room booking are handled smoothly and well recorded for reference.

• To respond relating room booking information to partners and consult to Manager and Assistant FO Manager on relating information before sending confirmation to guest.

• To file relating records in relating to room booking.

• To check list of incoming guests and relating documents 1 day prior to their arrival to ensure correct information.

• To print list of incoming guests in the day and send to relating departments.

• To make weekly and monthly reports, to estimate room occupancy and send to Manager and Assistant Manager of FO Department.

• To print out list of VIP guests including their information, hobbies and send to department-in-charge on weekly basis.

• To maintain and develop good relationships with travel agents, airline companies, business enterprises as well as social organization.

• Other tasks as assigned by GM and Head of Department.

-Diploma/ Certificate in Hotel Management is preferred.

- 2 - 3 year experiences in same position.

- Good at writing and communication in English.

- Leadership and well organized.

- Friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible.

-Experience in team management.

- Good computer skill

- An authenticated copy of ID card

- An authenticated copy of permanent residence registration (or long-term temporary residence registration)

- Valid health certificate (within 6 months)

- 04 recent photo sized at 3x4cm

- Certifications/employment records relating to the job (Notarized)

- Criminal record (for some particular positions)
