Mô tả công việc

  • Provide full secretarial and admin support to Chief Engineer
  • Take minutes of meeting and maintain records for the operations
  • Maintain a proper and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for engineering department
  • Ensure keep stock engineering store and ensure it is sufficient of spare parts
  • Perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties
  • Undertake any ad-hoc admin projects/duties as required
  • Assist to check and verify staff claims and invoices
  • Prepare and raise purchases requisition for purchase store items
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports and filing
  • Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Prioritising workloads
  • implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • liaising with relevant organisations
  • logging or processing bills or expenses
  • managing reception and meeting and greeting clients
