1. Welcome all guests with a smile and maintain a professional approach at all times.
2. 15/5 rule is followed by own self and all associates for all guests interactions.
3. Be knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, check daily event sheet, bulletin boards and be up to date with all changes, new procedure, and events.
4. Learn by hard pricing, schedules, activities and Menu for SPA, transportation, and F&B
5. Is informed about all transportation request of the day.
6. Anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible.
