Financial Controller

• Detect changes in management environment and optimize the business structure for each property and team
• Efficiently allocate property resources through deliberation / adjustment of investment and expense
• Support effective management decision making through management accounting
• Improvement of the competence of the members through manpower management such as evaluation and nurturing of members in the management department
• In order to improve business portfolio, one must improve profitability management standards, establish mid- to long-term growth strategies and growth strategies for each business, and strengthen the efficiency of governance management.
• In order to establish short-term management goals, one must analyze the domestic and overseas management environment, select the management strategy for the next year, and set the total target for the management indicators such as sales, profit and loss, personnel expenses, expenses, etc.
• In order to manage profit and loss, monthly profit and loss forecasts are conducted, and monthly KPIs are managed through management settlement, and major KPIs are managed.
• In order to evaluate the performance of each business, after establishing a property goal, and evaluate semi-annually, and yearly performance to determine group incentive amount
• Establish property expenses / investment budget plan for efficient allocation of property resources, and conduct and execute budget review and coordination for each organization, and proceed exceeded and dedicated budget review and investment deliberation
• Report on major trends for managing pending issues, F / up and manage various issue management
• Conducts Property Sessions and communicates to the Business Manager
