Mô tả công việc

  • In order to maintain the sales concept of Shilla Monogram brand, review the sales department 's checklist, revise and supplement it, and conduct a monthly check followed the check - up and F /up
  • To improve service quality, measure VOC (phone monitoring, Mistery Shopping, CSI, etc.), suggest improvement plan according to the result, support implementation of improvement, and F/up
  • In order to improve the service process, review / revise / supplement check checklists and distribute daily / weekly / monthly checklists to the site so that periodic process checks are performed. Suggest and implement a process improvement plan based on periodic inspections (monthly / quarterly / semiannual), VOC, and VOB comments.
  • Coaching junior members in the department to improve their capacity

- Communication skills (negotiation / presentation / speech / listening): Semi-professional level

- Understanding hotels, duty-free distribution and leisure service industries: Professional level

- Understanding the characteristics of the industrial workforce and the characteristics of the product: Semi-professional level

- Knowledge of quality regulations and related legal knowledge: Professional level

- Theoretical knowledge related to management innovation: Professional level

- Ability to use statistical packages and Office programs: Understanding and implementation

- Foreign Language (ENG): Explanation Level

  • Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree holder (Required): MB / MBA in Business Administration / Statistics preferred

- 6 Sigma(BB) certificate holder preferred

  • Experiences

- At least 3 years of customer contact department experience (room, food, leisure etc.) or on-site support department

- At least 3 years of experience in management innovation (including 6 Sigma, quality control) is required.
