Mô tả công việc
- Support Sales Manager to achieve revenue targets, responsible for achieving maximum sales for the resort.
- Manage business activities of the Company to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Company and the Law of Vietnam
- Approving the business plan of the group
- Build and develop customer service
- Building professional image and style for sales staff
- Plan the annual sales quarterly / quarterly / monthly of the Company
- Organizing the handling of company-level customer complaints
- Evaluation of employees under management
- Collect and approve related quality criteria
- Report on the Company's business activities to the Board of Directors of the company
- Make an appointment with existing customers and travel agents nationwide.
- Search for new customers. Give the company price or room price.
THE MAIN TASK:
1. Make appointments for all existing customers and new company customers to promote relationships.
2. Search for potential customers using vacation services including accommodation and meetings
3. Prepare business activity reports and weekly and monthly appointments.
4. Attend weekly sales meetings to present an activity plan and track booking bookings or potential booking requirements.
5. Strictly contact with parts to meet customer requirements to ensure satisfied customers.
6. Communicate closely with the Banquet Department, regarding meeting quotes and ensure timely handover at the time of confirmation.
7. As directed, participating in sales activities includes individual customer visits and associated sales teams.
8. The price of company room according to the guidance of Sales and Marketing Manager.
9. Maintain guest safety, security and confidentiality.
The organization introduces resorts to potential customers.

- University degree
- Fluency in English speaking and writing
- Experience: Experience in hotel-related fields
