Storekeeper

• To make proper documentation for the items entering into stores.

• To check quality of delivered items based on Hotels’ standard.

• To issue and record stock and to ensure that no goods leave the storeroom without properly authorized requisitions.

• To keep store clean, orderly and above all properly locked and supervised.

• To maintain the maximum and minimum pars on all items.

• To prepare purchase request based on the requirement and the re-order level.

• To be self-disciplined, follow the official procedure.

• Ability to establish priority settings for effectiveness and efficiency of his own work area to ensure that datelines are clearly understood and carried through.

• To assist the Cost Controller in the implementation / planning of inventory par stock levels.

• Losses on merchandise are kept at a minimum level by ensuring good storage, sanitation, hygienic and cleanliness.

• A constant check on physical count of items against bin cards to ensure that stock records are updated and to check on unauthorized removal of goods.

• Daily up date stock card if any in and or out item to/from the store.

Proficiency with MS office application

Background in material handling and stock control: At least 1 years

Good health, not suffering from respiratory diseases
