Mô tả công việc

• Reviews all VIPs arriving and departing, focusing on VVIPs to be welcomed by the General Manager / Resort Manager.

• Coordinates with Guest Relations staff to ensure VIP guest requests and special instructions are carried out.

• Updates General Manager / Resort Manager and other Department Heads on guests to be given special attention to ensure requests are carried out.

• Ensures that each Guest Relations staff are focused and achieves their functions of delighting guests and needs are met.

• Ensures that PMQ goals are achieved. Encourages Guest Relations staff and other section to achieve positive feel welcome results.

• Practices and role-models the Guiding Principles and the Core Values of Alma Resort.

• Become environmentally friendly, reduce waste, recycle when possible, and reuse whenever applicable.

• Must be familiar with:

o CSR initiatives and ensure its compliance and application

o Policies and Procedures, Guidelines, Rules and Regulations per Alma’s CSR, including and not limited to CSR initiatives of the local and national government.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Người có độ tuổi lao động từ 18 tuổi trở lên

- Người có sức khỏe tốt, nhanh nhẹn, chịu khó và có tinh thần làm việc tuân thủ nội quy quy định của Công ty

- Đối với các vị trí bên Bộ phận Tiền sảnh, yêu cầu ứng viên biết tiếng Anh

- Đối với các vị trí Cứu hộ, yêu cầu ứng viên có khả năng bơi tốt

- Đối với các vị trí từ cấp tổ trưởng, giám sát trở lên, yêu cầu ứng viên có kinh nghiệm từ 1 năm trở lên ở vị trí tương đương
