Executive Housekeeper

- Maintaining the highest standard of room, laundry and public area cleanliness, appearance, and guest service as well as team motivation. 

- Monitor housekeeping personnel to ensure guests receive prompt and courteous services. 

- Informing other departments of housekeeping matters, especially Front Office and Engineering to ensure accurate room status. 

- Inspecting guest rooms and all housekeeping areas on a regular basis. 

- Controlling and arranging on an on-going basis the department costs to ensure performance against budget. 

- Preparing capital budget including purchase of furniture, equipment, renovation and building facilities. 

- Making recommendation to hotel management on equipment, working methods, supplies and decoration. 

- Preparing various monthly reports as required. 

- Handling and resolving all guests queries and complaints in an efficient manner. 

- Conducting appraisal functions such as hiring, performance, counseling, suspending and dismissing staff if necessary to ensure productivity. Consulting with section heads and HR manager or delegate as appropriate in performing these duties. 

- Identifying needs of training, developing training plans and implementing training sessions. 

- Working closely to other departments and attending regular meetings periodically.

- Excellent command of English 

- Passion for quality and strong attention to details 

- Previous experience in multi-cultural environment 

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written 

- Natural leadership and coaching skills 

- Ability to work on projects mode (self-driven, initiative, excellent administrative skills).
