Spa Supervisor (Yoga Certificate & English Communication)

• To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all time
• To maintain high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all time.
• To attend daily briefng and staff meeting as requested.
• To report lost properties to the Security ofce in accordance with hotel’s procedures
• To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy relating to fre, hygiene, health, and safety.
• To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s employees rules and regulations.
• To maintain a professional relationship with customers at all times.
• To attend necessary training programs requested.
• To promote the spa by actively organizing internal and external promotional activities.
• To train organize and deliver all training to the therapists to the highest standard in every treatment
• To ensure all treatments are being performed to the same high standard by every therapist.
• To ensure all staff have full knowledge of the spa products
• To teach the therapists how to link sell at least 3 products for every treatment on the menu, link-selling, up-selling of treatments and products to help in achieving overall spa targets.
• To conduct inductions for new staff members
• To give presentations and training to other departments to enable them to talk confdently about the spa and what it has to offer
• To assist the Spa Manager in creating new treatments and experiences for the Spa, keeping the spa services in line with the industry by creating treatments and sourcing new products.
• To oversee the running of the spa in the absence of the Spa Manager.

Basic Salary + Service charge.

Working week: 6 days in a week (Monday to Saturday).

Holidays: Public holidays and vacation per Vietnamese Labor Law.

- Female.

- Age: 25 ~ 45.

- Good English.
