Job Summary

Assist the ecommerce to grow market share and create a compelling experience that steers customers towards booking on our direct online property channels.
Work closely with Revenue Department to drive awareness and profitability, ensuring that all efforts are made to maximize production from online channels to achieve hotel revenue objectives.
Frequently update the new trend of digital, get more knowledge of digital & e-commerce principles and practices in the hotel or comparable industry, including search engine marketing, demand generation channels.
Frequently do the digital health check to analyze the challenge and opportunity of hotel in online channel.
