1. Customer
1.1 Operating cash machines and POS to calculate customers’ bills
1.2 Checking bills to see if the correct amount has been displayed and print them out
1.3 Placing printed bills in folders to be presented to customers
1.4 Answering customers’ questions regarding billed items
1.5 Preserving excellent levels of internal and external customer service
1.6 Recording totaled amounts, including expenses in restaurant’s database
1.7 Informing customers about available modes of payments
1.8 Taking cash payments in exchange of services rendered
1.9 Processing credit and debit card payments and ensure that customers sign receipts
1.10 Assisting waiters during rush hours by packing takeaways and leftovers
1.11 Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
2. Financial
2.1 Running F&B day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
3. Process
3.1 Following all the policies and procedures of the Company to ensure operations standards are consistent
3.2 Maintaining cleanliness and mise-en-place level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation
3.3 Replenishing supply of linen and other operating equipment
3.4 Obtaining requested items from the storeroom
3.5 Keeping general appearance and maintenance of the restaurant’s working areas
3.6 Maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
4. People
4.1 Maintaining excellent grooming standard of the floor employees at all times
4.2 Maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene and body language at all times
4.3 Following all the Company standards in every interaction with members and guests, colleagues, other members of the organization and external suppliers and contacts

2. Over 2 years of working experience as cashier in a full-service restaurant
