Expected to start from 01st April, 2020
• To ensure and oversee that all the Food & Beverage outlets are up to the standards.
• To satisfy the quality, the guest experience, the employee satisfaction and the financial performance of the Food and Beverage department.
• To assist the Director of Food & Beverage to lead the overall operation of the Food & Beverage department in the Hotel.
• Assist the DoFB to monitor inventories, budget and cost related to food and beverage
• Observe service, analyze areas of improvement and suggest solutions to DoFB
• Work closely with Marketing & Communications and Graphic Designer for all advertising and communication collateral
• Work Closely with The culinary Team and sales team to ensure the right execution of the operations
• Ensure proper manning according to the hotel activities
• Develop training in accordance to the operational needs
• Establish effective employee relations and maintains the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees
• Ensure full guest satisfaction at all time, develop customer loyalty and recognition
• Ensure full implementation of the brand standards (Wine program, F&B rituals…)
• Ensure excellent and efficient communication within the team as well as with other departments
• Report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage

We are looking for a well-organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to display a “Quality in Life” and work in a dynamic environment. In addition, the candidate should possess:
• (2+) years’ experience in F&B Management in Upscale Hotel
• Experience in high volume banquet business preferred
• Organizational skills to function effectively, with attention to detail while meeting established deadlines
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
• Ability to establish guidelines for proper staffing to maximize efficiency and minimize labor costs
• Work in a fast-paced, busy, and at times, a somewhat stressful environment
• Communicates effectively in English, both oral and written form.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications and problem solving abilities
