The Executive Chef will be responsible for a consistent quality in the preparation and presentation of the food produced and served in the various centers of consumption of the Hotel. Manages all functions of the Food Production and Stewarding operations to achieve the optimum departmental profit, quality level of food production and sanitation to meet Melia Brand standards. Controls and analyzes, on an on-going basis, the level sales, costs, quality and presentation of food products, equipment, guest satisfaction, marketing. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

Two years experience in a similar positions in an International brand. Degree or Diploma in Culinary Skills or related field. Advanced knowledge of international cuisine, standards of service, quality and hygiene, as well as safety regulations. Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities. Flexibility and ability to adapt to different environments and cultures. Strong leadership and excellent coordination skills with other departments. Can be suitable for experienced Executive Sous Chef willing to grow.
