Paymaster/ Admin Assistant

• Establish and implement appropriate manpower / personnel strategy based on management environment and business strategy
• In charge of payroll / bonus payment in management plan
• (By company and business) Labor cost report / Process / achievement rate
• Payment process improvement, error rate / Process / Achievement rate
• Establish personnel management plan based on business strategy and pay personnel expenses (salary, bonus) in accordance with management plan
• Collect work hours and overtime hours by department and proceed with the payment
• Review and improve the overall system of compensation, and provide support for consultation with the labor-management council on annual compensation adjustment.
• Analyze financial data and report information to management so that internal problems can be discovered and improved in advance
• Supports financial data according to instructions and major issues and F/up on other events

• Required Skills

• Qualifications

-Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Administration

At least 2 years of experiences at the same position
