RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customers:
• Know and follow up Hilton Brand Standards to welcoming and serving customers.
• Communication with customers to ensure that Hilton Brand standards are met and that guests expectations are exceeded; resulting in Hilton Moment experience.
• Pro-active participating in customer needs.
• All guest requests are accommodated in a courteous way and a high level of customer service is consistently maintained.
• Make sure all negative and positive feedback are dealt with immediately, recorded and followed up accordingly and reported to Supervisor/Manager.
People:
• Participating in all necessary training in the outlet & the Hotel to enrich knowledge and experience in order to maintain high level of customer service.
• Assist in the training of part-time /trainees.
• Ensure punctuality, grooming and hygiene is at the highest level and of professional business standards.
• Follows up with other departments concerned to maintain the appearance of the food and beverage areas.
• Actively attend team briefings to be held prior to all shifts and monthly communication meetings.
• Assist the outlet and department team members and other relevant department when needed
• Perform others duties as required by captain or supervisor.
Quality:
• Ensure all team members possess a high level of knowledge of the hotel services and facilities, current and upcoming promotions, and that the information provided to customers is accurate and current.
• Acquired detail knowledge of food and beverage outlet.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of his/her working area.
• Show flexibility and to be able to work in all outlet in F&B department or any other area of the Hotel if requested by upper-management.
• Ensure all information in the outlet is understood.
Profit:
Maximization F&B sales and revenue for the Hotel by ensuring a sales attitude is adopted at all times and an awareness of sales opportunities within the Food and Beverage department is maintained, while looking for up selling opportunities.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduate from College/ University, major in Hospitality
- Good at communication in English
- Similar position in previous establishment.
- Ability to communicate and customer oriented
- Able to work long and flexible hour when required.
