Mô tả công việc
- Greeting customers and assisting them with any queries.
- Reporting complaints to a sales manager or Front office manager.
- Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales related materials are prepared.
- Update customer records in the company database as required.
- Collaborate with the sales staffs to monitor active contract and make sure that orders are competed on time and trace the contract renewal.
- Report any booking inventory or sales promotion issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately.
