Quản lý dịch vụ khách hàng - Chief Concierge

• Manage and direct Concierge, Bell and Driver.

• Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of the interest to guests.

• Be prepared to recommend first and foremost the hotel’s own restaurant outlets before any other, and familiar with the operating time.

• Ensure the lobby is always kept in an orderly fashion and that ashtrays are kept clean

• Coordinates the paging of guests in the lobby.

• Responsible for the maintenance of the hotel information directory which is accurate.

• Prepares efficient work schedule for Bell Services according to occupancy, forecasts and group movements.

• Ensures that Bell staff are neat, clean and punctual at all times and that they perform the task assigned to them promptly and efficiently

• Handle problems associated with guests.

• Assist guests with all inquiries, both hotel and non-hotel related

• Conduct effective shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are briefed

• Maintain detailed knowledge of the activities of the day and alert to any potential problems

• Update events, new dining/drinking venues in the city which to be entered in soft copy to share with the team.

• Taking in charge of guest transportation arrangement.

• Works with Superior on manpower planning and management needs

• Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, and know Fire Life safety procedure.

• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

• Other tasks shall be assigned by management team

• Responsible for providing accurate information concerning hotel facilities, venues and functions and handling guest inquiries, and overssing Bell and Driver operations. Supervises the guest issues relating to concierge, bell and dirvers.

• Lead the coordination of any guests’ needs, special requests, and inquiries to ensure superior service and value for our guests.
