Financial Controller

• 1. Review and approve purchase order before sending to general manager.
• 2. Control expenses and update information to operation concerned.
• 3. To do the revenue forecast on monthly basis , three month forecast and yearly forecast.
• 4. To manage cash flow and do the cash flow forecast on weekly basis.
• 5. Review first draft financial statement and adjustment.
• 6. Prepare the monthly report.
• 7. Ensure all necessary reports are printed after batch entry.
• 8. Finish financial statement within due time of each month.
• 9. Analysis the result of financial statement every month and giving financial information to general manager.
• 10. Prepare F&B statistic report, room pool analysis report, market mix report, and financial report by excel program.
• 11. Call critique meeting on monthly basis.
• 12. Review balance sheet reconciliation file and adjustment.
• 13. Review audit file before auditor coming.
• 14. Prepare slide for executive committee members meeting.
• 15. Maintain an effective filing system.
• 16. Attend sale strategy meeting on regular basis.
• 17. Develop the annual operating budget.
• - Schedule meeting and share all budget information.
• - Develop and implement local budget spread forms and procedures.
• - Ensure maximum involvement of hotel management teams in budget process as a training tool.

1. At least Bachelor degree in Accounting

2. At least 5 year experience in overall supervision of accounting functions in the capacity of Chief Accountant

3. Strong managerial and leadership skills and strong result oriented

4. Strong in inter-personality skill

5. Proficiency in English communication
