Team Leader-Spa

 Provides and ensure Spa therapists provides exceptional services to guests and internal customers in other department at all time to maintain positive interactions with good working relationships

 Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily

 Coordinates all therapist training and development programs, ensuring the correct standards are followed

 Assist in maintaining records of all treatment reservations and to oversee all spa reservations to ensure the level of professionalism is maintained

 Oversees the spa operations and ensures the required level of professionalism is maintained at all times Gives feedback and communicates with the Spa Manager regarding the decoration, rearrangement of equipment and any other aesthetic arrangements

 Assists in product inventory and re orders

 Ensures minimal wastage of spa products and correct amount of products are used to control the cost

 Ensures maintenance and cleanliness of the treatment rooms and other guest facilities

 Assist in preparing associate roster with regards to peak/low periods in accordance with the recognised standards of operation as highlighted in the department operation manual

 Maintains careful and diligent security control of the total Spa and surrounding public areas with regards to the persons and property therein

 Ensures that all Therapist reports for duty punctually and are correctly attired at all times

 Orientates new associates and conduct training courses for newly hires and existing associates

 Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety

 Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required

 Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
