Mô tả công việc
- Preparing or up dating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating.
- Explaining human resources policies, procedure, laws and standards to new and
existing employees.
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working
conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment
allegations.
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
- Overseeing hiring process which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes and
performing reference checks.
- Implementing the organization’s strategy and administering on-the-job training programs
- Developing and administering health and safety programs
- Preparing government reports as to remain in compliance.
- Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs
- Other duties as requested by General Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduate university
- Experienced as HR or General administration
- Familiar with local & expert employment laws
- English business level with PC skill
