Human Resources Officer

Administration

 Monitors and maintains the proper appearance of the Human Resources Conceirge: Greets visitors, as certains nature of business, and conducts visitors to appropriate person.

 Answers telephone and gives information to callers or routes call or guest walkers to appropriate official.

 Provides administrative support to Human Resources Department and ensures the implementation of hotel policies, standards, and procedures as they apply to the administrative functions.

 Handles casuals employment with full services of: recruitment selection assistance; prepares letters of offer; filing system both for hard files as well as all electronic data, that enables quick retrieval; payroll; check-in and check-out procedures in confidential.

 Handles PIT & dependant registration.

 Handles monthly HR expense charge.

 Handles HYstar updating.

 Monitors HR notice board in well dressed.

 Ensures that all personnel records are maintained, filed and updated in the HR System and properly routed with strict accuracy and confidentiality.

 Maintains and provide HR materials, office amenity in use equipped.

 Ensure to handle insurance services in-line properly.

 Provides accurate and updated HR reports of employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other uses.

 Complies with hotel policies and procedures.

 Assists in organizing all Employee Activities.

Operational

 Liaises with the local Labour authority for all related matters as assigned by the Human Resource Manager.

 Liaises with the local Health Insurance & Social Insurance authority for all related matters as assigned by the Human Resource Manager.

 Assists by checking to ensure all employee facilities are maintained within standards, ie. Employee Locker Rooms, Employee Restaurant, employees’ smoking area.

 Assists in recruitment activities, prepares and posts vacancy announcements, contacts applicants for screening interviews; screens applications and resumes; arranges interviews appointment and refers suitable candidates to Department Heads; checks and documents applicant references.

 Assists with the coordination of the employee recognition programs.

 Assists and participates in all Human Resources activities.
