• To manage, update regularly and precisely the official public information, image of hotel’s products and services on website. To supervise the usage, recommend to change website tools in order to meet guest’s demands, to change website form in order to catch up modern trend of the market and in accordance with hotel’s manner.

• To establish relationship with potential room sales websites. To advertise website’s address and image on search tools on internet and professional website, to ensure information and image are updated precisely.

• To manage online booking guests’ record, to execute sales calls (periodic or by event), to resolve guests’ complaint and comments.

• To implement and take part in other activities of hotel as per regulation and assignment of upper management (such as promotion program, sales campaign, client seminar, etc…).

• To maintain professional working manner, appropriate behavior in dealing with guest and colleagues, to ensure the elegant appearance.
