Operations Manager - Roka Fella - Quận 1

• Work location: Roka Fella - tầng 2, 44 Nguyễn An Ninh, phường Bến Nghé, Quận 1, HCM

Responsibilities:

• Ensure yearly targets and business goals to be achieved.
• Prepare and develop company regulations and procedures related to operation to ensure the implement is consistently throughout the areas of responsibility.
• Ensure all policies & control procedures in the operations, customer service, quality of production, hygiene & cleanliness standards, maintenance & general administration are completed and in place, according to company’s policy.
• Be fully responsible for business development (including pre- and grand opening), the productivity and quality remaining at high standards, and costs being acceptable by planning the resources in optimum manner.
• Coordinate with Marketing team to ensure all marketing and advertising activities are implemented in proper business direction.
• Ensure all of operations activities being adherence to all local and government laws and regulations.
• Ensure that bar operation comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Monitor quality and quantity control to minimize waste, perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high level of preparation and services.
• Other tasked assigned by B.O.D when needed.

• Salary: negotiate; service charges & tips
• 4 days off/week

• Candidates communicating well in Japanese is highly preferable.  
• 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Energetic, creative, committed, team player, customer-driven.
• Leadership skills
• Good planning and organizing skills
• Language skills - fluency in English (Oral/Written)
• Ability to work in a multi-ethnic/multi-cultural environment.
