(URGENT) SALES EXECUTIVE –SAIGON HEAD OFFICE

The Sales Executive's role is  in charge of developing and managing accounts in assigned market(s) and drive the company’s business performance in various facets. Be independent self-management with her (his)plan sales activities with objectives per segment as well as conduct a proper monitor of these.

RESPONSIBILITIES TASKS

Sales

• Being responsible for accounts and business development for certain markets or segmented accounts

• Maintain existing accounts business and continuously enhance exposure and generate leads

• Source new accounts in assigned markets and segments

• Plan and manage sales activities (sales calls, telecalls, leads, follow-ups etc.) with HOD

• Monitor account performances and develop solutions for improvements if needed upon evaluation

• Research and monitor the market (and competitors)

• Any duties and tasks assigned by Head of Business Development

Reporting

• Weekly and monthly sales report, adhoc reports (if any)

• Tertiary studies in tourism Hospitality preferred

• Knowledge of tourism, geography, foreign cultures

• Minimum 1years working experience in (hospitality) sales or related branches

• Mind-set of a sales person: highly organized, pro-active, decisive

SKILLS COMPETENCY LEVELS (3 HIGH, 1 LOW)

• Excellent – Written and spoken Vietnamese&English.

• Good - MS Office (Word,Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint is advantage)

• Good – Professional Communication (written and spoken)

• A good team worker with an open personality Managing Performance

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Flexibility to work overtime if needed

• Ability to work under pressure

• Traveling within the region if request
