Mô tả công việc

1. Ensure all supplies requests are purchased on time.

2. To ensure all supplies / goods are supplied on time.

3. Analyses the consumption of every item, understand the recent and forecast room occupancy and F&B business volume, and familiar local market and communicate with user departments in order to organize the purchasing plan for the hotel.

4. To analyses the hotel products markets and make sure of supplies.

5. To familiar the required standard of hotel products and ensure the quality of products, only order items that are meeting the standard.

6. Ensure to purchase the best quality at best price.

7. To make sure to get at least three quotations, if less than 3 quotations, please state justifications. Then analyses quotations and choose the best one.

8. Ensure the foods to be purchased and delivered on time.

9. To update the purchasing status.

10. To give related department proposal on products, and update feed back on products. To communicate with the users when the goods they required are not available or will be delivered later, try to introduce the new product to the related department.

11. To understand the suppliers ability in term of the quality of the service and quality of the products.

12. To update the supplier’s reputation, working relationship etc. regularly.

13. To respect suppliers and build-up long term business relationship.

14. To get suggestion from related department on purchasing.

15. To co-operate with other hotel where appropriate.

16. To conduct the training based on department training needs, and conduct the training based on staff performance appraisals. To conduct staff training on job morality.

17. Other duties as instructed by the superior
