Mô tả công việc

• Ensures that staff uses and maintains cleaning equipment and machines in a proper way. Cleaning equipment and machine are to be stored and good working condition.
• Ensures that supplies for Public Area are replenished timely and that regulations of the department and hotel are being followed.
• Checks so associates are neat and well presented at all times. Proper usage of chemical with minimum wastage.
• Responsible for strict key control
• Ensure the PA storeroom is clean and that chemicals and tools are prepared well.
• Discipline staff when necessary
• Assist with the preparation of associate duty rosters
• Assist with associate training and development
• Provide ongoing advice and support to associate under your supervision
• Supervise associate performance
• Provide one to one instruction to associate members when required
