Create operational guidelines for the restaurant
• Ensure quality standards for Food & Beverages Production (appearance, taste, size) with Head Chef
• Ensure quality standards for Service & Cleanliness
• Develop budgets with owner & meet all budget targets (daily, weekly, monthly & yearly)
• Maintain budgets and employee records, prepare payroll, pay bills and monitor bookkeep records
• Work with Assistant Manager to be in charge of daily operation and supervision of the restaurant
• Designs and improves restaurant cash security
• Works with Head Chef to oversee stocks level, control and ordering
• Helps plan all the marketing, promotions and advertising activities with marketing team
• Hire / Fire, Discipline, Supervise, Schedule and Train FOH & BOH staff
• Perform job evaluation and revise performance of all staff
• Conduct weekly and monthly FOH & BOH meetings
• Handle guest complaints in the restaurant.
• Know the competition, the suppliers and industry trends
• Maintain positive employee relations
• Ensure good safety, hygiene and emergency practices

Yêu cầu công việc
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret standard operating procedures, manuals and regulations.
• Ability to prepare reports and standard of performance manuals.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Good numerical skills.
• Attention to details
• In depth knowledge of consumer trends and patterns.
• Ability to work extended hours.
• Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
• Ability to work independently.
• Good organizational, time management, communication and leadership skills.

• At least 8 years of working in a full service restaurant and at least 3 years in a management position.
