Mô tả công việc

1. Actively promote information to guests about all activities in a professional manner in all areas of the resort.

2. Promote, sell, and upsell Activities to enhance guest experiences at every opportunity.

3. Check availability, noted booking for guest and informed to the people concern.

4. Prepare activities for guests and ensure they are set up to meet the hotel standard as per procedures of all handicraft activities.

5. Conduct activities, ensuring that guest expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.

6. Maintain required inventory items relevant to your activities.

7. Provide assistance to guest using activities and facilities, and provide instruction regarding all related activity and facilities including safety and correct use of equipment.

8. Support and assist the activities coordinator and activities manager as required.

9. Ensure safety standards are followed

10. Enthusiastic about learning new skills or activities

11. Participate and cooperate in social and cultural activities as required.

12. Ensure that all departmental reports and forms are completed accurately and punctually.

13. Provide assistance with other activities or events as requested.
