• Manpower Planning and Control.

• Prepare yearly manpower budgets.

• Forecast future manpower deficits and surpluses and recommend strategic plans for maintaining optimal staffing level to cope with operation needs.

• Devise succession planning for the Hotel for future development and expansion.

• Conduct and re-design job to ensure efficient utilisation of manpower.

• Have professional knowledge and skills about: Labor Code, Recruitment, Employment, C&B, Performance Appraisal, Employment Communications/Relations, Health and Safety Standard, Staff Training and Development...

• Attend regular meeting conducted by local Hotels Association to discuss current personnel issues and problems and feedback to management on any arisen solutions, and update management on market trend and personnel practice.

• Attend all meetings as directed by the General Manager

• Prepares management reports, budgets and monthly statistical reports as required

- To be entitled to prescribed insurance per real income as laws;

- To attend the annual Company trip;

- To get the additional bonus depending on business result;

- Other special benefits as stipulated for Manager levels

- Good English communication

- Advanced knowledge of Human Resources

- Managerial skill

- At least 5 years in hospitality and 3 years as position of Asst. HRM or HRM
