Location: Sea View Resort & Spa Koh Chang (5 star property)

Job Qualifications

- Experience is a plus but not mandatory as we are looking for attitude and willingness to progress within the industry.

- Good command of English and/or other languages is a plus (Chinese, Russian, etc).

- Full-time job for high and low season so we are aiming for someone who is willing to commit for the long-term.

Responsible for all services involved in arrivals and departures of all guests including welcoming, registering, escorting and handling guest inquiries and basic complaints. Ensure that their stays are as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and all services must be achieved in a courteous and friendly manner while maintaining professionalism at all time.

- Salary up to 15K based on experience, language knowledge, etc.

- Monthly Service Charge plus tips

- 1 Day Off/week plus Public Holidays

- Dormitory, food and shuttle bus to work.
