Mô tả công việc

- Assist the Financial Controller with systems administration, G/L account reconciliation, budget preparations, inventories, monthly closings and full P & L responsibility.

- Assist with analysing financial statements on a monthly basis and report any variances to the concerned Department Heads.

- Analyse revenues and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis.

- Be responsible for balance sheet accounts, and ensure that the reconciliations are prepared and cleared on a monthly basis.

- Review all ledger details: guest ledger, city ledger and deposit ledgers to validate proper payment and revenue posting.

- Maintain accounting databases by entering data into the accounting program.

- Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures.

- Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.

- Assist Financial Controller with completing the year-end audit process.

Yêu cầu công việc

- BA degree in Accounting.

- At least 02 year experience with same position in the hotel.

- Good knowledge of Accounting, Financial and Tax law, rules and regulations.

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

- Problem solving, communication and interpersonal skill.

- Fluent in English communication.
