Mô tả công việc

1. The hotel will pay each employee a monthly salary. Employee's salary will be credited to his/her account maintained with the bank decided by the management on the 30th of every month.

2. Any salary deduction due to leave, absence and other deductions initiated by Leave Application Form will be computed onto the respective employee’s payroll.

3. The deduction of a day’s pay is calculated as Monthly pay/ no. of days in the respective month.

4. Employee who is on board date is after the 25th of a month will have their payroll included in the next month’s pay.

5. Employee who has terminated his/her service with the Hotel will also be paid through the bank reconciliation of each month after completion of all the separation formalities. Human Resources Department will update the records in the HRMS accordingly.

6. It is the responsibility of the Department Head/Supervisor to inform Human Resources Department immediately upon receipt of Exit Application From of employee, so that necessary arrangements for the payment of salary & leave to the employee could be made.
