KEY TASKS

• Support the Wellness Manager on the daily operations and efficiency of the wellness facilities.

• Maintains close contact with guests, receiving feedback regarding the operation of the Wellness Center.

• Offers suggestions and makes recommendations on ideas for improving Wellness services.

• Tracks participation of Wellness Center guests in booked activities

• Upsell Wellness Journeys and Integrative Therapies options to hotel guests and walk-in customers

• Handling all guest inquiries and journey bookings in an accurate and efficient manner

• Leads Meditation classes and Health Workshops (Training and materials will be provided)

• Support on the preparation of wellness juices/smoothies and help with ordering fruits, herbs and vegetables, P&L.

• Support on delegate tasks for therapists for smooth operation

• Answering telephone calls and reply to email inquiries

• Maintaining a good relationship with guests and team

• Support and ensure smooth operation, cleanliness, and maintenance of the entire Wellness facility.

• Energy, enthusiasm and a passion for wellness, health, nutrition, yoga, meditation and holistic therapies.

• Proven record in Wellness program design and/or Wellness program facilitation.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Self-motivated, confident and decisive.

• Establish proactive strategic initiatives for the wellness areas applicable to the resort to help market the overall well-being offer/ product.

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

- Working 8 hours per day, take 1 day off a week

- Service Charge

- Supporting allowance for receiving job and home visit after 1 year of working

- Staff house, 03 meals per day

- Insurance, incident insurance 24/24

- 12 days Annual leave, 10 public holiday as law

YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Experience in a similar position for a minimum 1 year is a must

• Experience in Wellness & Wellbeing activities, yoga retreats, and workshops

• Holds Yoga Teacher Training Certification

• Experience in Holistic therapies (Reiki, Ayurveda, body massage) is a must

• Experience is leading Meditation classes and giving speeches/workshops to different audiences

• Ability to communicate in English with guests and colleagues

• Organized, highly motivated, and driven to succeed

• Highly responsible & reliable
