HOUSE KEEPING SUPERVISOR

• Delegate duty to respective Housekeepers based on the current daily job tasks; supervise the star’s performance and handle with assistance if necessary

• Supervise the team’s performance in cleaning and replenish guestroom amenities and service areas up to the hotel’s quality standard.

• Deputize for Housekeeping Manager in conducting daily briefing to housekeepers, direct and implement suitable reaction with incidents happened in workplace (special guest’s orders, internal requests)

• Take control of delegating room keys, master keys, and store keys, etc., to on-duty housekeepers.

• Perform duty on asset management of the department’s equipment, supplies, chemicals, linen and further related things and conduct an updating checklist.

• Conduct training sessions for staff in professional techniques.

• Report any defects or damages related to guest’s belongings or the hotel’s property to Head of department and on-duty manager for further solution.

• Identify, inform, and follow up departmental maintenance requests with Engineering department.

• Inspect monthly inventory in the departments and update current situation of room amenities, linen, and stocks, etc.

• Set up plans of training, maintaining service quality and developing orientation for him/her and subordinates.

• At least two-year experience working in the department with one-year performing in senior position Fluently understand job process related to the department
• Rise to requirement in certain certificates required
• Pre-opening experience is a plus
