- To prepare ingredients and dishes following brand's procedures, specifications and quality standards
- To provide efficient, expedient and courteous to guest leading to total the guest and company satisfaction
- Direct the line cooks in food preparation
- Make sure that enough food is prepared to make it though the day
- Make sure that the kitchen is ready to sell all menu items starting at 11 am
- Make sure that all food leaving the kitchen is perfectly prepared and plated, and sent out under 15 minutes
- Make sure that the line cooks complete all closing duties
- Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedure
- To ensure efficient and timely manner tasks
- Be in charge of training new employees
- Maintain a safe and hygenic kitchen environment

Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from Hospitality school
- Knowledge of ingredients and how to use them in a creative way
- Must have excellent technique when cutting and
preparing food
- Sense of taste and smell
- Minimum 5 year experience in similar position in international environment
