• Process reservation requests sent from e-mailbox, telephone, telex, fax or central reservation system; from Sales department, travel agents or other hotel sources.
• Fluently understand the hotel’s availability and room category, selling techniques, specific rate structures, packages and promotions stated.
• Receive, record, and update booking requests on the system.
• Provide sufficient inquiry to enquiry requests from guests, clients, travel agents, etc. Set the final confirmation with specific rate & fee under structural scheme.
• Create and update periodically reservation recording list with details of information required
• Keep a close communication and cooperation with Front Officers and supervisors in data management, ensure operation is maintained properly.
• Daily officially confirm with guests, travel agents, partners in booking inquiry. Pass info colleagues and other related department for following up.
• Closely follow the hotel’s policy in price/rate and information confidentiality, rate structure, payment & transaction conditions, promotions & packages operated.
• Review accuracy of the next day reservations and ensuring complete details for Front Desk and special requests, which require pre-arrangements, are attended to.
• Maintain comprehensive allotment lists
• Record and follow up status of all vouchers or guarantee letters received and cross check with data, which is updated in to system.
• Report to the supervisor/ manager whenever any incidents happened.
• Update all document related with the materials for guest booking
• Perform other duties as been assigned by the seniors
• For Reservation Shift Leader
• Be responsible of final monitoring and double checking the booking requests and reservation orders
• Perform duties as a Reservation Officer

• Participate in job training plan across the department and implement in all aspects of Front Office professionals; manage the subordinate’s performance and conduct appraisal if needed.
• Conduct administrative documents needed as to ensure improvement in service quality and operation efficiency.

• Working experience in Front Office department is preferred
• Fluent understand Reservation professional competences and hotel rate packets.
• Knowledge of Opera/ Fidelio or other PMS and Microsoft office programs are required
