LAUNDRY ATTENDANT

• Ensure that laundry items are arranged neatly and orderly with sufficient quantity and quality. Keep the working area clean, tidy at all times.

• Review laundry summary logbook, update the requests, double check the job conducted

• Depend on senior’s assignation, star performs the following tasks related to guest rooms, service areas, store management (including uniform, linens, outsourcing laundry, etc.)

• Report any discrepancies/issues happened during laundry operation i.e., losses, defects, missing, etc., to Housekeeping Office and seniors accordingly.

• Delivery qualified laundry items (Hotel’s linens, uniforms, guest’s requests) with detail record to relevant departments

• Handover/receive laundry amenities to/from outsourcing laundry firm (proper record made)

• Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors and shift leaders

• Ensure that laundry items are arranged neatly and orderly with sufficient quantity and quality. Keep the working area clean, tidy at all times.

• Review laundry summary logbook, update the requests, double check the job conducted

• Depend on senior’s assignation, star performs the following tasks related to guest rooms, service areas, store management (including uniform, linens, outsourcing laundry, etc.)

• Update operation logbook regularly in work shift, handover to the other shift for follow up

• Assemble reports/records/checklist related to the department operation.

• High-school graduation with particular certificate of major/technique

• Working experience and related skills are preferred

• Be able to communicate in English
