JOB BRIEF

We currently outsource all our accounting related matters to an external accounting firm. We are looking for an General Accountant, to create and manage an internal accounting department.

The different tasks involved are as follows:

      - Build-up & manage accounting control system to ensure the accounting jobs of company in compliance with the accounting principles & government law and respond to issue financial & internal reports accurately, timely and sufficiently.

      - Control budget & cash flow to save cost and increase productivity.

      - Review and improve accounting and operating procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures.

      - Manage & eliminate cash flow, payment, tax risk…

      - Work with tax consulting agencies for all questions relate to business, contract or a specific operation.

      - Working with System Company for Import Function and all other reports required and Implement all processes, focus in business and management.

      - Work with Bank, other department for setting up new stores comply with Group Policy.

      - Produce and training process, policy to new staff for new stores to ensure the records are accurate.

      - Training to staffs well acknowledge, supervise staff in other additional issue.

      - Support other department with all works that require accountant competencies.

SALARY: 20,000,000 VND per month.

1. We are looking for someone with a strong experience, fully capable and autonomous, able to build his/her own team and manage it independently;
2. Fluent in English;
3. Experience in the Hospitality industry would be a plus.
